8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consumers Road to Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Consumers Road to Wealth and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any infringement of any rights of another party.

Refund Policy for Consumers Road to Wealth
At Consumers Road to Wealth, we are committed to providing our clients with effective credit repair services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness in our processes. We offer a money-back guarantee for our credit repair services if no deletions are made from your credit report within 90 days of service. This guarantee reflects our confidence in our ability to help improve your credit situation.
However, please note that refunds will not be issued if any deletions have been successfully made from your credit report during the service period. Additionally, if clients fail to fulfill their responsibilities under their credit repair program—such as timely submitting required documentation or maintaining ongoing payments for credit monitoring services with Smart Credit (which are billed separately and are not included in the one-time fee for credit repair)—the refund policy may be affected. Active participation is crucial to the success of your credit rehabilitation, and failure to uphold these commitments may result in your account being marked as inactive.

If your account becomes inactive due to non-compliance, a reactivation fee of $99 will apply should you wish to continue receiving services. Furthermore, if a client becomes unresponsive or "goes missing" for a period exceeding 30 days while enrolled in our credit repair program, this will be considered a breach of the client agreement signed within the client portal. In such cases, the client will no longer be eligible to return to our services.
