Refund & Exchange

At Consumers Road to Wealth, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional credit repair services designed to empower our clients on their journey to financial success. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

  • No Refunds on Sale Pricing

    All services purchased at a sale price are final. If a client decides to cancel after purchasing a service at a promotional or discounted rate, no refund or exchange will be issued.

  • Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

    • The client has not seen any removals or progress on their credit report within 90 days of signing up for services.

    • To qualify, the client must ensure they have complied with all service requirements and provided any necessary documentation requested by Consumers Road to Wealth.

  • Final Sale on All Other Services

    Outside of the specific condition outlined above, Consumers Road to Wealth does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Once a client signs up for our credit repair services, all sales are final.

  • Client Responsibility 

       It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information and respond promptly to requests for additional details or document  necessary for the credit repair process. Failure to do so may impact the success of the service and does not qualify for a refund.

By signing up for our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.
